Today I went to the chiropractor - Lauderdale Wellness Center. I wish I could go everyday - I feel so much better after getting worked on. I told you before about Dr. Berg, how great she is, and that she is also gluten free. She has been gluten free for over 2 years now. She told me that she recently made her own Yogurt. She has her own Facebook page Essence Health I think she said that she will post the recipe on her page. She also sent me a couple of great links.

Before I left my appointment, I bought more Ortho Biotics (Probiotic) and I bought the powdered kind for the kids. Why not start the kids early correct?
