So I learned the dance steps and did the first 20 minute workout last night. Just learning the dance steps alone is a workout. It was a lot of fun to do and the most fun is learning new dance moves. It worked my arms, abs, butt and legs - if I keep up with this workout and do it at least 3-5 times a week, I will definitely see a change - how can I not! I wrote down my weight and measurements. I am excited to see the difference it makes - I will let you know after the first month.
I will not be making an entry tomorrow night - I will be gone and without a computer. I am attending the Women of Faith conference. I will let you know how that goes. For the lunches - they offer a gluten free option. I am interested in seeing what it is...
