Tonight my sister-in-law, Michele, and I celebrated our birthdays by going out to dinner and doing a little shopping. We both have birthday's in October. Ben and Jason (Ben's brother) both have their birthdays in May and they celebrate by golfing together.
We ate dinner at The Good Earth in Roseville, MN. It is sooooo good! I recommend it to anybody! I ordered the Coconut Chicken Curry and Michele got the Squash with a Spinach Salad. All wonderful!
I think I told you before that Michele is also gluten free... and dairy free. She told me that it has been easier to be dairy free than gluten free. For me it is the opposite! I know I have trouble with dairy, but I don' t know if I can give it up completely. I will keep trying to work on that.
