Today I ate McDonalds for lunch. I ate a salad, but I wanted a cheeseburger.
Ben's cousin's wife told me a long time ago that some McDonalds offer gluten free buns...you just need to ask. The one I went to today DOES NOT offer gluten free buns...but maybe I'll find one someday. We don't eat there that often, but it would be nice if I could order something besides a salad. I wonder how many restaurants offer gluten free buns for sandwiches? If you find one, please let me know.
I can always bring my own buns- remember in my post "Learn from the Master" my friend Kate told me that she brings her own.
Today, I also found a great website: glutenfreegirl.com I haven't had time to go through the whole website, but what I did see, it looks very informative and has good recipes.
